Therapy for bright, creative women and girls who feel overwhelmed, self-critical, and stuck, despite knowing they’re capable of so much more.

About Me
I know what it’s like to have a busy, creative mind that never really shuts off—to carry vision, motivation, and ideas, while also wrestling with inconsistent focus, disorganization, and scattered thoughts that can quietly sabotage success. I know the deeply ingrained frustration of sensing you’re capable of so much more, yet feeling held back by anxiety, overwhelm, or self‑doubt.
Before I was diagnosed with ADHD, I discovered on my own that movement helped me feel calm, focused, and capable. As a teenager, running became the place where my anxiety quieted and my thoughts organized. That early experience shaped both my understanding of myself and the way I practice today.
I’m a licensed independent clinical social worker, certified yoga teacher, artist, outdoor enthusiast, wife, and mom to two young girls (and one large mutt)
I provide ADHD‑ and anxiety‑informed therapy for women, mothers, and girls in Massachusetts, with a focus on emotional regulation, self‑confidence, and nervous system support. I intentially weave art, movement, mindfulness and time outdoors with cognitive and behavioral therapies and with other research-based therapies.
Alongside skill-building, much of our work focuses on untangling years of shame, negative self-image, and the belief that you’re somehow incapable, which often develop when ADHD and anxiety go unseen or misunderstood.
Coping skills aren’t just discussed, they’re practiced in real time, with support. This allows us to see what actually helps your body and mind regulate, and to build tools you can trust outside of session.
Therapy is offered in a way that best supports your mind and energy needs — Virtually or in-person ( in office, or outdoors ) And if you’re curious, ask me about my ‘Well On Wheels ‘ mobile office, coming soon.
You’ve spent enough time having to fit into systems that works against who you are. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s therapy that meets you where you are, helping you move forward and grow your true nature.
